In Imai Museum which we own, we are earnestly striving to develop cultural activity by having free opening days for neighbor elementary school/junior high school students and local facilities as a part of education activity and by opening our building as café when any events are held.
In addition, as one of the leading companies in the area, we are eager to hire more local talents, revitalize local economy, transmit our information to outside, invest in employee education to make our company better.
The important thing is communication.
We are always telling our young employees that it is important to keep themselves open by looking through newspapers and magazines to understand what is happening in the world at the moment.It doesn’t only help them to listen to others and enrich their knowledge to gain knowledge, but also helps them to grow open mind.
